Location: Nassau County, NY
Setting: In-Home & Center-Based
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $35–$37/hour, based on experience
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and provide supervision for ABA therapy programs serving children with autism in Nassau County.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBT staff and oversee therapy implementation
- Provide direct clinical services as needed
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Train and mentor clinical team members
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in autism treatment and ABA therapy
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
