Job Description
Behavioral Health Technician – Hickory, NC 28601
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $1,728/week
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the safety of patients in a behavioral health setting
- Assist with daily activities, therapeutic exercises, and de-escalation techniques
- Document patient behavior and report changes to clinical staff
- Support the clinical team with crisis intervention when needed
Job Requirements
- Current CPI certification required
- Previous experience in behavioral health strongly preferred
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
