Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with general office tasks, including filing, answering phones, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.

Pay: $17-18/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Assist with general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
