Accounts Receivable Associate – Medical Billing – Independent Living Facility – Healthcare

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a Senior Living Retirement Community seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Associates to join their team. This position starts on a temporary basis and has the possibility of becoming permanent if its the right fit after 3-6 months.

This position starts out fully in the corporate office in Catonsville, MD Mon-Fri with an 8 hour per day schedule. Flexible start times between 7:30am and 9am.

This position has the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 1 day remote, 4 days in office. Remote days can only be Tues, Weds or Thurs.

Pay rate is $22.50/hr.

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare Accounts Receivable experience including billing, collections, and cash positing.
• Must have third party billing experience
• Experience working with insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is required
• My Unity experience is a plus, not a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
