United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking Emergency Room Rns in Edison, NJ.

Pay: $68/hr with weekly pay

Responsibilities of the Emergency Room RN:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the emergency room
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient needs based on acuity
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Assist in emergency procedures such as intubation, CPR, and wound care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room setting
• Active NJ RN License
• Proficient in dialysis procedures and acute pain management techniques
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing specialized care
• Knowledge of mammography procedures and interpretation of results
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes
• Experience in esthetic laser treatment for cosmetic procedures
• Proficient in spinal tap procedures for diagnostic purposes
• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Familiarity with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients
