NURSE PRACTITIONER SUPERVISOR

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a very well-established non-profit organization who offers healthcare services to the elderly, disabled and chronically ill.

There are several locations within the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and White Plains. A Nurse Practitioner Supervisor that can commit to more than one site is extremely preferred.

Salary - $120 per hour

Days/Hours – M-F, 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner Supervisor:

  • Perform annual wellness exams
  • Supervise and manage Nurse Practitioners
  • Complete direct reports and annual performance appraisals
  • Offer care management and educate participants and families on diseases and committing to medications
  • Ensure the care offered is appropriate and tailored to patients needs
  • Participate in all clinical documentation
  • Work together with primary care physicians
  • On-call rotation as needed

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree required
  • Must have a valid NYS Nurse Practitioner License
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ of experience in a clinical nursing practice in home care, care management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
