Job Description

United Staffing Solutions is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for one of their well-established clients in Sacromento, CA.

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will perform health assessments and provide home health visits, ensuring high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate must have flexible availability and be able to work varied schedules, including Per Diem shifts.

Schedule: Varies – Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
Pay Rate: $40/hr

Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments and home health visits
Obtain and document patients' medical histories
Administer medications and measure vital signs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Job Requirements

Valid LVN license in California
Experience in home health care is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
