United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking Clinical Supervisors in the Bronx, NY.

Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday(9a-5p)

Temp to Perm: $40-$42/hr DOE - weekly pay

Perm Salary: $60,000-$65,000/year DOE

Essential Functions and Key Accountabilities for the Clinical Supervisor:

• Assign cases to case managers and schedules work according to priority
• Maintain necessary records and supervision notes; prepare regular and special reports as required
• Performs audits of client charts to ensure comprehensive services planning and accurate charting of client progress
• Ensures that the home visit policy and procedures are enforced, tracked and documented
• Provide training to new and current case managers
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with ancillary agencies
• Under the supervision of the Assistant Program Director, develop comprehensive group programming, in compliance with contract and agency requirements
• Review and provide supervision in the development of case management service plans and ensure that reassessments are conducted on a quarterly basis (at minimum) to ensure that services are appropriate for the client’s current needs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the Clinical Supervisor:

• Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of HIV/AIDS case management supervision.

Education and Experience Requirement(s) for the Clinical Supervisor:

• Minimum: New York State LMSW in Social Work with at least four (4) years of supervisory experience, overseeing a case management team.
• Individual, family and group counseling experience is required, particularly with HIV/AIDS-affected populations and/or mental health and substance abuse individuals who were formerly homeless.
• Preference is given to persons with experience in congregate programs, and those who are bi-lingual and bi-cultural in Spanish.
